Justin Abee
Managing Partner
Justin comes from a long line of architects and builders. Justin cut his teeth in real estate buy getting into the family business with his father and grandfather. He learned the ropes of single family real estate by working to flip pre existing dilapidated homes and building homes from the ground up on new construction. Justin then moved to a career in the field of design working as a furniture and lighting designer, design engineer, project manager for architectural projects, and Director of Product Development for a home goods company. During Justin’s career he honed skills in contract negotiations, estimation, project management, vendor management, personnel management and design. All skills directly transferable to the world of Multifamily investments.
Christina Means
Managing Partner
Christina has a very diversified skill set. From fine art sales in exclusive Washington DC art galleries, to fine dining and sommelier service at top restaurants in San Francisco, to director of operations for retail home goods, to the president of the board and primary capital raiser for a non-profit serving underprivileged women and youth. One thing that connects all of her experiences is her talent for relationships, conversation, and making people feel comfortable and at the same level regardless of their background. Christina also has a love of interior and furniture design, architecture, and real estate. Christina puts her people skills to work as an investor relations specialist in the Multifamily asset investment space.
